Delete your account
You can remove Dietitian Studio account data in two ways. Signed-in customers can delete immediately in the mobile app. Anyone who cannot use the app can submit a deletion request that we process manually.
Customers (mobile app)
If you can open the Dietitian Studio customer app and sign in, go to Profile and choose Delete account. That soft-deletes your customer account right away (access is revoked and the account is marked deleted).
Request deletion online
If you cannot sign in to the app, or you are a dietitian who needs help deleting account data, use the request form on our web app. Submitting the form acknowledges your request; if the email matches our records, we process deletion manually—nothing is deleted automatically on submit.
- Provide the email associated with your account.
- Optionally tell us your name, whether you are a customer or dietitian, and any details that help us find the right record.
- We may contact you at that email to verify the request before completing deletion.
