Dietitian Studio

Meal planning software built around your dietitian workflow.

Dietitian Studio connects the program you write on the web to the meals your client follows on their phone. Keep your recipes, meal times, and client context together instead of preparing another static PDF.

From setup to daily follow-through

  1. Build your recipe library

Save ingredients, instructions, categories, and nutritional information. Search the library when composing a program instead of rewriting the same recipe.

  2. Schedule the program

Arrange recipes by day and meal slot, set meal times, and duplicate a day. Copy an existing program into a new draft when a familiar structure is a better starting point.

  3. Review and assign

Choose a client and start date. They see the assigned daily meals, recipe details, and a shopping list in the app; you can follow meal completion and photos in their profile.

What you can do

AI assistance with your review

Generate a recipe or program draft using the prompt and recorded client context. Edit and explicitly save it before assignment. Check ingredients and nutrition against your professional judgment.

Human-reviewed drafts

A record of what happened

Completed days retain a snapshot when the program changes. Upcoming days receive your changes, keeping future planning connected to an accurate meal history.

Daily guidance for clients

The assigned plan supplies today’s meals and weekly shopping ingredients. Clients can log meals and photos; preparation and completion reminders have independent settings.

Before you start

  • This is a tool for a dietitian managing their own clients. It does not replace clinical judgment or provide self-service nutrition treatment.
  • AI produces drafts and estimated nutrition, not guaranteed clinical recommendations. You remain responsible for checking suitability before saving and assigning.
  • The Android client app is available. iOS is coming soon; clients need an invitation from their dietitian.

Questions about this workflow

Can I reuse a meal plan?

Yes. Copy an existing diet program into a new draft, then adjust its days and meals before saving. You can also duplicate individual days in the builder.

Will AI send a plan to my client automatically?

No. You review and save the draft, then assign a saved program to a client with a start date. Generating a draft does not publish it.

Do clients receive only a PDF?

The client app shows the daily program and recipe details directly. A weekly shopping list is assembled from the assigned meals, and completed meals and meal photos are visible to you.
